Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join a collaborative team that supports Oracle Health products. You will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues while helping ensure application stability and a high-quality client experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 5+ years in HCIT, software implementation, or client-facing roles, fluent English, and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HCIT, healthcare IT, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience with software implementation and client support.

Responsibilities

• Providing functional and technical expertise to clients using Oracle Health Products.
• Prioritizing, planning, and managing issue resolution independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Investigating front-end application issues by gathering information and testing workflows.
• Troubleshooting workflows to identify root causes and support resolution.
• Creating and maintaining documentation and investigation records throughout the support lifecycle.
• Supporting incident resolution and application maintenance to deliver value.
• Collaborating in a fast-paced support environment to address client needs.
