Job summary

Oracle Health, part of Oracle Corporation, seeks an experienced Senior Engagement Owner to drive success as part of the International Consulting team. You will own complex healthcare technology engagements from initiation to completion, coordinating with clients, internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery and high quality outcomes.

This senior role emphasizes proactive risk management, governance, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3-5 years of HCIT consulting, support or client-facing HCIT solution roles.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing implementation workstreams in a healthcare tech environment.
• Understanding of project management principles, methodologies and governance processes.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and managing client/internal stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client engagements on time, within scope and budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, senior stakeholders and internal teams.
• Oversee project planning, budgets, resource allocation and executive reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and changes to minimize delivery impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and drive customer satisfaction.
