Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Senior Integrated Technologies Architect to act as the principal technical authority for complex hosted healthcare environments, guiding integration across diverse landscapes and aligning client, internal, and vendor teams.

You will oversee core healthcare systems, drive cloud migration initiatives to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and serve as the primary technical contact during high‑impact engagements while enforcing security and governance standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare IT or enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Oracle Health Cerner on-prem hosted domains (SAN/NAS, VMware, Citrix).
• Familiar with LAN/WAN/VPN, firewalls, and IT security.
• Strong OCI cloud infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of information security practices, HIPAA/HITRUST and ISO 27001.
• Experience with security tools such as SEIM/TENABLE/SPLUNK.
• Proven track record managing third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end architectural leadership and integration oversight for hosted healthcare environments.
• Lead design sessions, contribute to solution design and roadmaps; diagnose technical risks.
• Design and validate integration between core platforms, managed services, and third-party solutions.
• Coordinate complex engagements, manage risks, and ensure project success.
• Act as senior escalation point for clients in technical discussions and decisions.
• Review security advisories, triage incidents, and coordinate remediation with product groups.
• Drive cloud strategy and migration projects to OCI; enable modernization initiatives.
• Foster collaboration between internal teams, client IT, and vendors to align efforts.
• Enforce governance standards to ensure stability and scalability.
• Translate business goals into actionable technology strategies for innovation.
