Role Description The Senior Hardware Design Engineer at ALEBEL TECH will lead the end-to-end design and development of electronics hardware, from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates involves creating hardware architectures, designing circuits, selecting components, and overseeing PCB layout in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The engineer will perform simulations, design reviews, and testing to ensure performance, reliability, safety, and compliance with relevant standards. Responsibilities include documenting designs, supporting manufacturing and troubleshooting, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to continuous improvement of hardware development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong hardware development skills, including experience with full product lifecycle from requirements to production.
• Proficiency in electronics hardware design and hardware design for embedded and digital/analog systems.
• Expertise in circuit design, including schematic development, component selection, and signal integrity considerations.
• Ability to define and implement hardware architecture for complex systems and multi-board designs.
• Experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD) and hardware simulation tools.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and compliance requirements (EMC, safety, environmental) and design-for-manufacture/test practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional and manufacturing teams.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers and managing technical projects is beneficial.
• Prior experience in hardware design for industrial, telecom, or high-reliability applications in a similar role is an advantage.
