Job Title: Senior Hairdresser

The Senior Hairdresser will provide high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, and styling for clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, and styling for clients.
2. Experience in handling different hair types and providing expert consultations based on customer preferences.
3. Knowledgeable in modern and trending hairstyles, hair treatments, and hair care products.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon.
5. Assist with training junior staff when necessary.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

Experience Required:

1. 3 to 5 years of professional hairdressing experience.
2. Previous experience in salons or beauty centers is a must.

Education Profile:

1. Graduation: Not mandatory, but a relevant diploma or certification in hairdressing is preferred.
2. Special Courses: Advanced certifications in hair cutting, coloring, and styling are desirable.

Personal Attributes:

1. Creativity and passion for hairdressing.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
3. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Communication Skills:

1. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Key Competencies:

1. Expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling.
2. Knowledge of hair care products and treatments.
3. Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
4. Ability to recommend styles and treatments suited to different hair types.
5. Experience with both male and female clientele is an advantage.
