Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant Haematologist and Oncologist for the Dubai BMT Care program. The role combines inpatient and outpatient care for complex blood disorders with leadership in stem cell transplant workflows.

Ideal candidates have consultant experience in leukaemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and advanced cellular therapies, with DHA licensing or UAE eligibility to practice in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized medical school.
• Postgraduate qualification in Haematology, Haematology and Oncology, or Medical Oncology.
• Valid DHA eligibility, active DHA license, or eligibility to obtain the required UAE healthcare license.
• Established consultant-level experience in haematology and oncology.
• Significant clinical experience in Bone Marrow Transplantation and Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation.
• Experience managing autologous and allogeneic transplantation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level inpatient and outpatient assessment for malignant and non-malignant haematological disorders.
• Diagnose and manage leukaemias, lymphomas, multiple myeloma, and other blood cancers.
• Evaluate patients for Bone Marrow Transplantation and Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation.
• Manage autologous and allogeneic transplant programs.
• Coordinate pre-transplant assessments and conditioning planning.
• Oversee transplant admission, conditioning, and engraftment monitoring.
