Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Dubai is seeking a Manager - Guest Claims Administration to lead the guest claims team. You will oversee intake, investigations, settlements and governance to protect the resort's reputation while ensuring fair outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in a relevant field, 5+ years in claims with supervisory experience, luxury resort background, and strong negotiation, data protection awareness, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional insurance/claims qualification is a plus.
Minimum five years in claims administration, risk management or guest relations.
Two+ years in a supervisory or managerial role in luxury hospitality.
Knowledge of UAE civil liability, data protection and regulatory requirements.
Fluent written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversees claims intake, investigation, case control and governance.
Secures incident reports, CCTV, statements and evidence for claims.
Assesses liability, recommends settlements and operates within authority matrix.
Prepares settlements, releases and payment requests with Finance.
Acts as primary guest contact to ensure fair resolution and protect brand.
Leads cross-functional risk management with Security, Legal, F&B and more.
Liaises with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers and authorities as needed.
Owns claims policy, register, SOPs and regulatory compliance.
Produces executive and insurer reporting; drives loss-prevention actions.
Recruits, trains and develops guest claims team; ensures readiness for opening.
