Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer (Social Media) at Lynx Vision Advertising in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The role will involve creating graphics, designing logos, working on branding projects, and using typography for social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall visual strategy for social media, ensuring brand consistency and platform optimization.
  • Lead the creation of compelling visual content (images, videos, animations, GIFs, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visual designs.
  • Manage and mentor a design team (if applicable), providing creative direction and feedback.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, design tools, and technologies.
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines for social media visuals.
  • Oversee the entire visual content production process, from concept to delivery.
  • Analyze visual content performance using analytics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Present creative concepts, strategies, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage and organize digital asset libraries.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify visual trends and best practices.
  • Experiment with new visual formats and interactive content.
