Job summary

Tiger Recruitment in Dubai seeks a Senior Graphic Designer with 5-8+ years to lead branding, digital, motion, print and marketing design. You’ll blend hands-on design with creative direction and team leadership to translate business goals into cohesive visuals.

You’ll mentor junior designers, manage client feedback loops, and ensure on-brand delivery across multiple accounts while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in graphic design across branding, digital/UI-UX, motion, print, and marketing design.
• Proven creative direction experience; translate objectives into visuals.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior designers within a team.
• Strong client and stakeholder management; experience pitching concepts.
• Excellent project and time management; oversee production pipelines and deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Create complete brand books, logos, typography systems, and comprehensive style guides for branding and identity projects.
• Design responsive websites, mobile apps interfaces, landing pages, and interactive digital experiences.
• Produce dynamic video content, animated social assets, title sequences, and kinetic typography.
• Engineer structural packaging, POS displays, large-format event graphics, and premium editorial layouts.
• Develop cross-platform campaign assets and digital ad suites for marketing initiatives.
• Translate complex business goals into cohesive visual strategies and lead projects from concept to delivery.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, assign workflows and conduct design reviews.
• Pitch creative concepts, manage client and stakeholder feedback loops, align visuals with corporate strategy.
• Oversee production pipelines, manage assets, and meet tight deadlines across multiple accounts.
