Qualifications

• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong grasp of social media design and digital-first visuals.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Effective collaboration with Creative, Social, Content and Account teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Role Description

digitalfarm is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Abu Dhabi.

The role will focus on developing high-quality graphic design and visual content for social media, digital campaigns, brand communications, and other creative projects. You'll work closely with our Creative, Social Media, Content, and Account Management teams to bring ideas to life and ensure a consistent, high-quality visual standard across all deliverables.

We're looking for someone who is both creatively driven and hands-on, with a strong understanding of design, social media, and current visual trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and branded content


• Create designs across multiple formats, including social posts, stories, digital ads, presentations, and campaign assets


• Translate creative briefs and strategic requirements into strong visual solutions


• Adapt creative concepts across different platforms and formats while maintaining visual consistency


• Work closely with Creative, Social Media, Content, and Account Management teams


• Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute design-led ideas to campaigns and content


• Review and refine creative work based on internal and client feedback


• Ensure all artwork follows client brand guidelines and technical requirements


• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment


• Stay up to date with graphic design, social media, and digital content trends

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising, digital, social media, or creative agency


• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design and visual storytelling


• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign


• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy


• Strong understanding of social media and digital-first design


• Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop concepts independently


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality creative output


• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or AI-assisted design tools is a plus


• Arabic language skills are a big plus.
