Key Responsibilities
- Interpret business objectives, marketing briefs, audience requirements, and campaign goals before developing creative concepts.
- Create original visual directions that communicate brand messages clearly and support commercial objectives.
- Design campaign key visuals for entertainment promotions, launches, events, seasonal activities, and customer communications.
- Produce digital assets for websites, mobile applications, email campaigns, display advertising, and other online platforms.
- Develop social media artwork in the required dimensions and specifications for relevant channels.
- Create offline materials including posters, brochures, flyers, signage, point‑of‑sale graphics, venue displays, and promotional collateral.
- Adapt approved master artwork into multiple digital, social, print, outdoor, and in‑venue formats.
- Maintain visual consistency while adjusting layouts for different sizes, placements, languages, and communication needs.
- Present creative concepts, design rationale, and visual options clearly to stakeholders.
- Review feedback carefully and incorporate approved changes without weakening the creative direction.
- Manage several briefs simultaneously by establishing priorities, production schedules, and delivery checkpoints.
- Meet campaign deadlines while maintaining accuracy, technical quality, and brand compliance.
- Coordinate with photographers, illustrators, copywriters, marketing teams, and external production partners.
- Prepare clear visual references and production instructions for third‑party contributors.
- Review supplied images, logos, copy, and brand assets before including them in final artwork.
- Retouch, resize, crop, and optimise images for digital and print applications.
- Prepare print‑ready files using correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, colour mode, and production specifications.
- Produce motion graphics, basic video edits, animated assets, and campaign content when required.
- Maintain organised folders, file names, source files, linked assets, fonts, and approved final versions.
- Conduct detailed quality checks covering spelling, alignment, image quality, colour, layout, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with approved brand guidelines and Majid Al Futtaim communication standards.
- Coordinate with printers and production suppliers to resolve artwork, proofing, colour, or output issues.
- Support urgent campaign revisions and last‑minute operational requirements when necessary.
- Contribute ideas during campaign planning, creative reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor design, advertising, digital content, and entertainment industry trends.
- Recommend new creative techniques, formats, and visual approaches that can improve customer engagement.
- Maintain a collaborative and constructive working relationship with colleagues and stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
- Emirati national with a UAE family book.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in graphic design, advertising, branding, or a digital agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Portfolio demonstrating campaign key visuals, digital assets, branding projects, social media designs, and print materials.
- Experience adapting master creative concepts into multiple formats and channel specifications.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout, image treatment, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with digital production, print preparation, artwork packaging, and supplier requirements.
- Ability to develop concepts independently while responding constructively to stakeholder feedback.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage overlapping briefs and tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate final artwork.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing professionals, creative specialists, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced entertainment and campaign environment.
