Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design in advertising/digital/creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual storytelling across social media and campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong grasp of social media design and digital-first visuals.
• Ability to interpret briefs and develop concepts independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Effective collaboration with Creative, Social, Content and Account teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with motion graphics or AI-assisted design is a plus; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and visual assets for social media, campaigns, and branded content.
• Create designs across formats: social posts, stories, ads, presentations, assets.
• Translate briefs into strong visual solutions; ensure brand consistency.
• Adapt concepts across platforms while maintaining visual standards.
• Collaborate with Creative, Social, Content and Account teams.
• Participate in brainstorming and contribute design-led ideas.
• Review and refine work based on feedback and guidelines.
• Ensure all artwork follows brand guidelines and specs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency.
• Stay up to date with design trends and tools.
