Job summary

Dubai Chambers is seeking a program/PM professional to plan, coordinate, and implement international special projects and strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and delivering projects on time and within governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in project management or related fields, with experience in international relations and knowledge of ICC/WCF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, international relations or strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder and board-level projects.
• Strong knowledge of international business, trade organizations and global networks (ICC/WCF preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the implementation of international special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by management.
• Coordinate with ICC, WCF, international organizations, and other global stakeholders on assigned initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor project progress, follow up on actions, and highlight risks to management.
• Prepare regular project updates, status reports, and management reports.
• Support the identification and implementation of improvements to project processes and working practices.
