Job summary

BESIX in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Project Director to oversee a major marine project (over USD 300m) or multiple smaller works. You will lead project teams, manage safety, quality and budget, and coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires deep marine construction knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to drive projects through complex environments. Relocation may be requested for international assignments within BESIX group.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large marine construction projects.
• Strong people management and mentoring skills.
• Advanced understanding of contract terms and commercial management.
• Deep knowledge of marine construction methods and safety standards.
• Excellent communication with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of large marine projects (>USD 300m) or multiple smaller projects.
• Lead project departments to meet safety, quality, budget and schedule targets.
• Manage P&L and contractual relations with Employers and authorities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach and mentor project managers and ensure proper project governance.
