Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in beauty.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for brand launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Commercial teams for cohesive journeys.
• Brief creative teams with seasonal storytelling and asset needs.
• Track timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time campaign execution.
• Monitor market trends and consumer insights to optimise campaigns.
