Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction engineering with focus on geotechnical, tunneling, or rock stabilization projects.
• Experience in major infrastructure and PM CM contract environments.
• Strong contractor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work in complex matrix organizations with dual reporting structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to manage workload under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction engineering activities for geotechnical, tunneling, and major earthworks projects.
• Participate in planning and execution of ground investigations, drilling, blasting, and slope stabilization works.
• Inspect and test materials used in rock stabilization and geotechnical construction operations.
• Monitor drilling and blasting processes to ensure regulatory compliance and safety adherence.
• Analyze testing data and prepare detailed quality control and performance reports.
• Review, approve, and issue construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, supervision consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and construction teams on site.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure professional workmanship and quality enhancement.
