Job Description

My client is an international service company working with the ADNOC group in Abu Dhabi. Due to expansion, they require the support of a Senior Geochemist for a 3-month project.

The Senior Geochemist will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating and conducting geochemical studies
2. Preparing, verifying, and updating all geochemical studies
3. Performing QA/QC of all data
4. Integrating new data
5. Supporting the assessment of potential exploration targets, updating petroleum system models, and assisting basin modelers
6. Mentoring junior staff
7. Preparing technical reports

Required experience and skills include:

• Experience with Petrel, TechLog, PetroMod, Excel, PowerPoint
• 20 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in Abu Dhabi
• MSc in Geochemistry; PhD preferred
