You will lead staff training, support CAP/DHA/JCI readiness, supervise workflow in the Genomics Lab, and collaborate with pathologists and clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MLS/MLT or related field.
• Current DHA license or eligibility where applicable.
• Advanced knowledge of molecular diagnostics and genomic workflows.
• Familiarity with DHA, CAP, and JCI standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑complexity molecular/genomic testing on validated menus.
• Oversee workflow, QC processes, and turnaround times in Genomics Lab.
• Provide staff training, competency assessments, and coaching.
• Support accreditation readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, and technical staff.
