Nair Systems is currently looking for a Senior Functional Consultant, Trade Finance, Supply Chain, Core bank for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required:

1. Very Advanced Programming and SQL/PL-SQL language
2. Deep Knowledge of Trade Finance
3. Very Advanced Programming in Java
4. Very Advanced in Dev Ops
5. Deep Knowledge of Ethix Core Banking
6. Deep Knowledge of Finances, RFR, and Profit calculation
7. Very Advanced Programming in Crystal Reports
8. Ability to communicate effectively with IT specialists (e.g. IT security, network infrastructure teams, etc.)
9. Understanding of Core Banking, Trade/SCF products, their workflow, and life cycle
10. Understanding of Islamic banking and Islamic Products (Murabaha, Istisna, LME, Wakala Ijara) is a must
11. Experience working on core Banking (Ethix)
12. Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of Core, Trade/SCF systems
13. Proven track record of working experience with Core, Trade/SCF
14. Experience in defining accounting and posting rules for all Trade/SCF products and instruments
15. Experience in SIT/UAT and stakeholder management
16. Results-oriented individual who can work under pressure
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Experience in requirement definition and analysis, workshop facilitation, and documentation
19. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
20. Project Management Experience
21. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultancy skills

A good degree in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 18 years of relevant working experience.

Experience in a Bank or financial services company (Preferably Islamic Banking).

Previous experience required: Minimum 18 Years in banking (10 years in consultation on Core, Trade / Supply chain finance)
