Senior Functional Consultant-D365 SCM

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant with a strong background in implementing and customizing D365 solutions. Must possess in-depth knowledge of finance processes to effectively address client needs and optimize system functionalities.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather and document functional requirements from clients.
2. Configure and implement SCM modules in Dynamics 365 to align with business needs.
3. Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend solutions.
4. Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring seamless project execution.
5. Perform quality assurance and testing to validate system functionality.
6. Deliver post-go-live support and training to users.
7. Provide project scoping, estimation, and documentation.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
9. Travel to client sites as needed for project delivery.

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 SCM, specifically AWMS and Landed Cost.
2. Ability to map and configure business requirements into D365.
3. Minimum three full-cycle ERP implementations, including at least one Grocery Business ERP project.
4. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
7. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
8. Education: ACCA, CA, MBA, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
9. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 SCM implementation.
