Hamilton Aquatics is hiring a Full Stack Developer in Dubai to design, build, and scale modern web applications with AI-assisted tooling. You will lead architecture decisions, develop front-end and back-end services, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cloud-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of professional full stack development experience with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong front-end and back-end technology expertise as listed above.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Design scalable, secure, cloud-ready architectures for performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end, APIs, and microservices.
• Establish coding standards and AI-assisted development practices.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
• Conduct code reviews, testing strategies, and performance audits.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Integrate AI services and ensure responsible AI development practices.
• Collaborate with managers, designers, and stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers.
