Job summary

Salt is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a live, enterprise-grade platform for a major public-sector organisation in the UAE. You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborating with the Technical Lead to deliver scalable solutions.

The stack spans .NET 10, C#, EF Core 9, SQL Server on the backend and React/Next.js/TypeScript with Tailwind on the frontend, deployed via Azure DevOps CI/CD. 5+ years of experience required; strong ownership and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong production knowledge of C#/.NET and React/Next.js/TypeScript.
• Experience designing technical solutions rather than merely following tickets.
• Familiar with Azure, CI/CD and cloud environments; ownership through to production.

Responsibilities

URGENT POSITION – I AM ONLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN JOIN ASAP

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a team building and evolving a live, enterprise-grade platform for a major public-sector organisation. This is a highly hands-on role where you will work directly with the Technical Lead and have genuine ownership over how features are designed and built. Rather than receiving step-by-step tickets, you will be given the desired outcome and trusted to determine the best technical approach. You will work across the full stack, designing and delivering new functionality from initial requirements through to production.

The platform is built using: Backend: .NET 10, C#, EF Core 9, SQL Server Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind Cloud: Microsoft Azure CI/CD: Azure DevOps The wider platform includes external API integrations, authentication and authorisation, background processing, event and licensing workflows, and bilingual English/Arabic functionality.

You should have 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong production knowledge of C#/.NET and React/Next.js/TypeScript.

We’re particularly interested in engineers who:

• Can design technical solutions rather than simply follow tickets
• Write clean, maintainable and scalable code
• Understand SOLID principles and modern software architecture
• Have strong API, integration and SQL experience
• Are comfortable with CI/CD and cloud environments
• Can take ownership of features through to production
• Enjoy solving unfamiliar technical problems independently
• Experience with Azure, Azure Functions, API Management, Entra ID/Azure AD B2C, multilingual applications or large enterprise/public-sector platforms would be beneficial.
