Job summary

Quantum Talent Group is seeking an experienced Full Stack / Platform Engineer in Dubai to work across the full application lifecycle, delivering modern user interfaces and robust backend services. You will design secure REST APIs, implement authentication and RBAC, and ensure scalable production deployments.

The role requires hands-on development with React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js, plus PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Node.js.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL/SQL experience.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern architecture.
• Experience deploying and supporting production applications.
• Understanding of authentication including SSO, OAuth2/OIDC and RBAC.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack / Platform Engineer to join a major technology programme in Dubai.

This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who can work across the full application lifecycle - building modern user interfaces, backend services and APIs, through to data, security, deployment and production support.

You’ll be involved in both rapid development of new solutions and taking those products through to secure, scalable production environments.
