Job summary

Sokin is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Dubai to join our growing payments platform team. You will own the full software lifecycle from concept to production, primarily focusing on backend work with frontend contributions, and drive scalable, reliable features.

You will mentor peers, collaborate with product and design, and apply Python, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular and SQL to deliver robust global payment solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end feature ownership in production.
• Experience with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of software engineering from concept to production and release.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and cross-functional teams to shape feature requirements.
• Lead architectural decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Drive monitoring, alerting, and support processes for reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and uphold high standards for quality, security, and performance.
• Perform code reviews and troubleshoot production issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack apps using Python, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular and SQL databases.
