Job summary

Capgemini in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, modernize, and support enterprise-grade platforms and mission-critical business applications. The role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership across frontend, backend, integration, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Software engineering experience delivering full stack applications.
• Delivery of enterprise-scale, high-availability digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
• Experience leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers, and Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, research, and collaboration.
• Experience with mobile app development and responsive design.
• Experience with content management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable full stack apps.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, architecture decisions, and delivery plans.
• Build cloud-native microservices, API-first, and containerized solutions.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, standards, and roadmaps; stay hands-on.
• Mentor engineers, perform code/design reviews, and promote best practices.
• Develop responsive SPAs with React/Next.js/TypeScript; optimize performance.
• Create and maintain backend services, REST/SOAP, and integration layers.
• Support enterprise integration, data persistence, and data models.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices with governance and traceability.
