Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, modernize, and support enterprise-grade digital platforms and business applications. The role spans frontend, backend, integration, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps, with hands-on coding and technical leadership.

You will translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions, establish engineering standards, contribute to architecture governance, and mentor development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years delivering full stack applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable full stack applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Build cloud-native solutions using microservices, containers, and API-first principles.
• Mentor engineers and participate in architecture governance and code reviews.
