Job summary

A UAE-based IT and digital transformation company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable web and mobile applications, contributing to their digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 6+ years of full stack development experience, including expertise in Node.js, Flutter, Azure Cloud, and REST APIs. This role involves end-to-end ownership of application development and mentoring other developers within an innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full stack development, including 3+ years in a similar role.
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for mobile and web applications.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Bash scripting.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy front-end and back-end solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Own application architecture, responsive design, UX/UI, and system performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
• Drive stability, scalability, security, and performance across applications.
• Lead and mentor developers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
