Job summary

Salt in Abu Dhabi seeks experienced full-stack engineers to build modern enterprise products that replace fragmented workflows. This role is not frontend-only and requires owning the user experience while aligning backend APIs, data models, security, and production operations.

You will ship complete web applications, design robust state management, integrate with enterprise systems, and contribute to API and data-model design.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software-engineering experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience or equivalent depth in another modern framework.
• Solid backend/API development capability.
• Experience shipping complete production applications.
• Complex frontend state management and asynchronous interactions.
• Relational database fundamentals.
• Authentication, authorization and secure application design.
• Cloud-native development and CI/CD.
• Strong product judgment.

Responsibilities
