Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with TS, React, and Node.js
• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend tooling
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database design skills; cloud-native experience

Job description

Build and scale the core ISQ ONE platform - from performant React dashboards processing thousands of live KPIs to robust Node.js/Python APIs that orchestrate AI workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and implement new product features end-to-end, from database to UI
• Build responsive, accessible React/Next.js interfaces that handle complex real-time data
• Architect scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and champion engineering standards
• Collaborate closely with product and design to ship high-quality releases

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend tooling
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database design skills
• Comfortable working in a cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• A track record of building and shipping B2B SaaS products

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time data (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations (SAP, Oracle, IoT)
• Prior work on enterprise dashboards or operational software
