Job summary

IntelSQ seeks an experienced ML/AI engineer to design and deploy real-time inference pipelines powering the ISQ ONE platform in Dubai. You will prototype models for safety, facility, quality, and mobility domains, and work with product and engineering to translate business problems into AI solutions.

You will maintain monitoring and retraining workflows and clearly document model architectures for stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied ML/AI experience in production environments.
• Strong Python proficiency (PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, FastAPI).
• Experience with NLP, time-series forecasting, or computer vision.
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain model decisions to enterprise clients.

What you'll do
