Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior FP&A Expert in the United Arab Emirates for a flexible, fully remote, project-based engagement. You will design realistic FP&A tasks and business scenarios, build reference financial models in Excel, and assess AI-driven analyses for financial accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, finance business partnering, or equivalent expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling with transparent formulas and documented assumptions.
• Experience managing or supporting financial planning processes, including operating budgets, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning, and investment evaluations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, working capital, liquidity and debt covenants.
• Proven ability to build scenario-based financial models and assess impact of assumptions on performance.
• Excellent written English communication, with the ability to prepare detailed task instructions and executive-level reports.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and exercise independent judgment.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic FP&A tasks and business scenarios reflecting complex planning and decision-making processes.
• Develop comprehensive financial models and reference solutions using Excel with transparent formulas and documented assumptions.
• Create practical exercises covering budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning, and investment evaluations.
• Build and assess integrated financial analyses including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Develop scenarios using multiple sources (spreadsheets, contracts, emails, presentations) to test financial reasoning.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated financial models for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and business relevance.
