Job summary

The Senior Manager, Group ARR will govern, report, and improve Group bookings, ACV, and ARR metrics, partnering with Finance Leadership, Sales Operations, and Executive Management to ensure accuracy across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA), MBA viewed favourably.
• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Revenue Operations, or related analytical finance roles.
• Significant experience within a software, SaaS, subscription, or technology company.
• Experience supporting executive-level business reviews and reporting processes.
• Fluent business English required.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly Group Software Bookings, ACV, and ARR reporting process.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of commercial metrics to Executive Leadership, Finance Leadership, and Board stakeholders.
• Deliver insightful analysis of business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain reporting consistency across regions, business units, and product lines.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages and management commentary.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Bookings, ACV, ARR, Downsell, Churn, and related metrics.
• Own and maintain Group-wide reporting policies and definitions.
• Provide guidance on complex commercial transactions and deal structures.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Accounting, and M&A teams on matters.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into ARR drivers, retention trends, renewals, churn, install-base performance.
• Identify business performance trends and translate data into recommendations.
• Develop actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Drive governance around Bookings and ARR data; improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead reconciliation across data sources and reporting systems.
• Establish monitoring for data quality issues.
• Drive automation and reporting enhancements; develop scalable solutions with Power BI.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to improve infrastructure and dashboards.
• Present findings to senior leadership and influence stakeholders.
