Job summary

Globant is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Full-Stack, AI-Native) to own end-to-end delivery on a high-transaction booking platform across multiple markets. You will design frontend React/TypeScript, backend .NET, and BFF integrations, while validating AI-generated code and making final technical decisions.

Embedded with product teams, you’ll work in an agentic delivery workflow, clarify requirements, and ship production-grade features with a focus on reliability, performance, and secure

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with C#/.NET backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
• End-to-end feature delivery in an existing codebase.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools with measurable delivery impact.
• Ability to evaluate AI-proposed solutions autonomously.
• Strong code-review practice for AI-generated defects.
• Experience integrating third-party transactional APIs (payments, PSPs).
• Experience in fast-paced delivery with feature flags and frequent releases.
• Excellent English communication with client-side stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review agent-generated analyses and select the final technical approach.
• Own frontend, backend, and integration design across the stack.
• Build and ship features in React/TypeScript and .NET.
• Define and maintain integration contracts for payments and loyalty.
• Ensure quality with PR reviews and RCA on production issues.
