With operations in over 10 countries and rapid expansion into the LATAM and Asia regions, we are now seeking a highly experienced Senior Forex Business Development Executive with an established IB (Introducing Broker) portfolio focused on the China Market.

? Key Responsibilities:

Drive new client acquisition through existing IB partnerships and by recruiting new IBs in the Chinese market.

Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth within the region.

Manage and grow relationships with IBs, affiliates, and partners to increase trading volume and revenue.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in client onboarding and IB recruitment.

Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business development efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Compliance) to enhance local business performance.

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the forex or financial trading industry.

A proven and active IB portfolio for the China Market is mandatory.

Deep knowledge of forex and CFD products.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in English.

Ability to work remotely and independently, while meeting aggressive KPIs.

Solid negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Familiar with the regulatory landscape in China regarding forex trading.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience working with a regulated brokerage.

Prior work experience with CRM and partner management platforms.
