Job summary

Partner Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to own and evolve a production Flutter application for iOS and Android across multiple brands. You will work remotely in a distributed team, focusing on analytics, performance, and measurable product outcomes.

You will contribute to core product journeys, including authentication, discovery, profiles, messaging, engagement, and monetization, while maintaining high standards of reliability and code quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Flutter and Dart 3.x production experience for iOS/Android.
• Experience with layered mobile architecture and clean separation of UI/domain/repositories.
• Hands-on with GetIt, GoRouter, BLoC/Provider, and codegen tools like built_value.
• Experience shipping multi-brand or white-label apps with per-brand configurations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core mobile product experiences across authentication, discovery, profiles, messaging, and engagement.
• Analyze funnels: registration, upgrades, monetization, messaging engagement, conversion.
• Own analytics for mobile journeys and help teams understand user behavior to improve product outcomes.
• Monitor platform capabilities: push notifications, deep links, real-time features.
• Analyze in-app purchase/revenue metrics and support monetization initiatives.
• Support compliance analytics: consent, age verification, user verification.
• Build production Flutter apps for iOS and Android with scalable architecture.
• Contribute to multi-brand configurations and Firebase environments.
• Develop automated tests at unit and widget levels; ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics in a fully remote international environment.
