Qualifications

• 3+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years of dedicated Flutter development.
• Strong command of Dart and Dart streams/RxDart, and solid OOP/SOLID principles.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Scale: Develop, optimize, and elevate mobile platform components for high performance and scalability.
• Drive Engineering Excellence: Promote testability and participate in architecture-level decisions.
• Collaborate & Plan: Engage in grooming, sprint planning, and estimation to align engineering with product goals.
• Innovate: Propose improvements to engineering processes, workflows, and product quality.
• Mentor & Lead: Coach junior and mid-level engineers and perform constructive code reviews.
• Document: Help improve comprehensive product documentation for team alignment.
