Job Title: Fleet Sales Consultant

Qualifications: Secondary School, Intermediate School, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration

About the role:

A Fleet Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in managing and expanding vehicle sales to corporate clients and businesses.

Main Job Functions:
  1. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs by ensuring a balanced mix of models and types.
  2. Manage sales forecast and reservations efficiently.
  3. Retain existing customers through regular follow-up and acquire new prospects to convert into buyers.
  4. Provide high-quality customer service consistently.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database.
  6. Plan daily sales activities, including visits, calls, and emails.
  7. Submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager.
  8. Report market intelligence related to competitors and clients.
  9. Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
  10. Comply with company regulations regarding vehicle purchasing, registration, insurance, and payment.
  11. Inform customers about new models and benefits of dealership's vehicle range.
Prospecting:
  1. Seek new fleet prospects for Nissan products continuously.
  2. Maintain regular contact with existing customers for additional business.
  3. Collaborate with the Service department to identify vehicles due for replacement.
  4. Coordinate with the Fleet Sales Manager for bulk deals and support.
  5. Promote value-added services like warranties, insurance, and accessories.
Selling Skills:
  1. Understand customer priorities to maintain transparency and close sales effectively.
  2. Have thorough knowledge of products, SOPs, credit procedures, and services.
  3. Know competitors’ products and pricing to address customer objections.
  4. Qualify customer needs to recommend suitable products.
Measurement & Performance:
  1. Achieve sales targets while managing discounts.
  2. Meet KPIs set by management.
  3. Maintain a balanced ratio of existing and new customers to reach sales goals.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Arrive on time and maintain punctuality and discipline.
  2. Follow instructions from the Fleet Sales Manager.
  3. Attend training sessions punctually.
  4. Live by AAC Core Values: Integrity, Commitment, Adding Value, and Continuous Improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with Sales Process, ISO, and SOP standards.
Candidate Profile:
  • 3-5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in automotive outdoor sales.
