About the role:
A Fleet Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in managing and expanding vehicle sales to corporate clients and businesses.
Main Job Functions:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs by ensuring a balanced mix of models and types.
- Manage sales forecast and reservations efficiently.
- Retain existing customers through regular follow-up and acquire new prospects to convert into buyers.
- Provide high-quality customer service consistently.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database.
- Plan daily sales activities, including visits, calls, and emails.
- Submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager.
- Report market intelligence related to competitors and clients.
- Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
- Comply with company regulations regarding vehicle purchasing, registration, insurance, and payment.
- Inform customers about new models and benefits of dealership's vehicle range.
Prospecting:
- Seek new fleet prospects for Nissan products continuously.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers for additional business.
- Collaborate with the Service department to identify vehicles due for replacement.
- Coordinate with the Fleet Sales Manager for bulk deals and support.
- Promote value-added services like warranties, insurance, and accessories.
Selling Skills:
- Understand customer priorities to maintain transparency and close sales effectively.
- Have thorough knowledge of products, SOPs, credit procedures, and services.
- Know competitors’ products and pricing to address customer objections.
- Qualify customer needs to recommend suitable products.
Measurement & Performance:
- Achieve sales targets while managing discounts.
- Meet KPIs set by management.
- Maintain a balanced ratio of existing and new customers to reach sales goals.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and maintain punctuality and discipline.
- Follow instructions from the Fleet Sales Manager.
- Attend training sessions punctually.

- Ensure compliance with Sales Process, ISO, and SOP standards.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in automotive outdoor sales.
