Job summary

talabat is seeking a Sr. Specialist in the Logistics Integrity team to own end-to-end a portfolio of rider misconduct behaviors across the Middle East region. You will translate integrity risk into detection rules, enforcement actions and measurable reductions, partnering with Product, Operations and country leadership.

You will design detection rules, manage country-by-country rollouts, and maintain audit-ready documentation to ensure compliant, scalable enforcement across eight markets.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in Trust and Safety, Fraud and Risk, Marketplace Operations Analytics or Logistics Operations Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics or equivalent practical experience.
• Track record in behavioral fraud detection, rule-based design, or large-scale anti-abuse programs.
• Comfort owning problems end-to-end: measurement, root-cause analysis, solution design, execution and re-measurement.
• Strong SQL fluency; comfortable building dashboards and writing lightweight Python for automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-impact rider misconduct behaviors end-to-end; define metrics and baseline prevalence across countries and cohorts.
• Design and tune detection rules and enforcement thresholds; manage country-by-country rollouts across the region.
• Run enforcement loops: waves, tracking offenders, false positives review, and per-country performance tuning.
• Document detection and enforcement end-to-end; identify gaps and propose fixes.
• Own tooling and operational hygiene: workflow automation, tracker maintenance, and infra for detection/enforcement.
• Surface new misconduct patterns and build business cases to bring them into active management.
• Contribute performance data to regional integrity KPIs and executive reporting cadence.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for detection logic, thresholds and enforcement rules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations and country leadership on rollouts.
