Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) is seeking a Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects in the UAE, ensuring top-quality delivery within schedule and budget. You will coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors, while guiding a cross-disciplinary team toward successful project outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of seven years in project management within interiors, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in interior fit-out.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Lead on major fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Preferably UAE based, open to candidates outside the region.
• Relevant degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies for delivery.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of professionals for high performance.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
