Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of supporting schedules for form 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy.
• Perform tie out of form 10-K and 10-Q.
• Assist with tracking and recording clinical trial and research-related expenses, including vendor accruals and study-related costs.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and other standard closing entries.
• Assist with internal and external auditor requests.
• Participate in process improvements, financial system implementations and/or enhancements.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
