Job summary

SAAS Properties is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in Abu Dhabi. The role involves assisting with monthly close, delivering insightful commentary for management, and ensuring accuracy of financial data.

You will perform variance analyses, assistance with P&L, and support audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams. IFRS and VAT knowledge is beneficial for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or accounting.
• Experience with a real estate developer is required.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and VAT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting, aligning financial plans with business strategy and conducting variance analysis.
• Assist with monthly close activities, including P&L preparation, accruals, and GL reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial packs for senior management with commentary on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver regular sales reports and ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, including budget-vs-rate comparisons.
• Support cost control activities, including CAPEX monitoring, budget availability checks, and GL code accuracy.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and VAT regulations.
• Contribute to MIS reporting and collaborate cross-functionally on business projects.
• Work within Oracle NetSuite to maintain data integrity and support reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting, helping align financial plans with business strategy and conducting variance analysis
• Assist with monthly close activities, including P&L preparation, accruals, and GL reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial packs for senior management, with clear commentary on performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements
