Job summary

PwC Middle East in the UAE is seeking a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate to join the Deals practice. You will work as part of a team delivering rigorous financial analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.

The role requires 3–5 years in DD/transaction services or advisory, a relevant degree, and professional qualifications; travel up to 40% and English fluency are essential. UAE nationals only.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in financial due diligence, transaction services or related advisory roles
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics; master's preferred
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Travel up to 40% with overnight stays as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis on historical and forecast performance, working capital, and cash flows
• Support the identification of key deal issues, risks, and value drivers
• Prepare sections of high-quality reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and other advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Manage day-to-day engagement tasks and ensuring timely delivery of workstreams
• Build strong client relationships and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
• Contribute to business development activities through research and proposal support
• Coach junior team members and share technical knowledge
• Drive quality and efficiency in engagement delivery
