Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance required.
• Strong background in accounting and finance in industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Multi-entity and territory experience.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Experience in Africa is a MUST.
• Certifications such as CPA/ACCA are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards/regulations.
• Proven experience in financial operations within industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
• Manage a team of 10+.
• Oversee multi-entity and group consolidation.
• Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
• Monitor and enhance internal controls and financial policies.
• Support decision-making with financial insights and data analysis.
