Overview:

Our client, A high-growth, regional food and beverage business is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its dynamic finance team. This role will be instrumental in supporting business performance through robust financial planning, reporting, and analysis across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in coordination with departmental heads
• Prepare and publish monthly financial packs and performance scorecards
• Finalise and report monthly P&Ls and deliver commercial variance analysis
• Provide financial insight on store performance, new launches, and cost efficiencies
• Conduct inventory and cost control reviews in partnership with operations and supply chain
• Support ERP and financial system upgrades and reporting automation projects
• Participate in external audits and internal control reviews
• Deliver ad hoc financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A or commercial finance
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) preferred
• Experience in the F&B or retail sector is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
