Job description

Role in Dubai (English)

Responsibilities

  1. Financial Analysis: Develop, prepare, and present financial results for the MEA region. Support the Finance Manager with global reporting, perform monthly analysis of revenues and expenses for each service project and product sales across the three regions.
  2. Planning: Lead forecasting and planning for MEA, support global PSI reporting, and coordinate the preparation of financial information for the annual budget and strategic plan in collaboration with departments.
  3. Finance and Trade Support: Assist the sales team in evaluating new business opportunities, lead financial projections and new product launch planning, and provide ad hoc analysis and margin optimization support.
  4. Accounting: Coordinate month-end analysis, journal entries, and present monthly results. Support year-end sales accounting and audit information requests.
  5. Controls, Processes, and System: Review and implement best practices in financial and process control, maintain documentation, collaborate across units, and promote continuous process improvements.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and respond confidently to urgent requests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP system.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • High level of precision and sense of urgency.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
