Our Client:

• Is authorised and regulated in the UK (FCA), Dubai (SCA) and Malta (MFSA).
• Is MiFID II and IDD licensed (UK and EU), allowing them to serve clients in any European jurisdiction.
• Has a UK and UAE mortgage license.
• Is able to act for US connected persons.
• Has dedicated Compliance and Operations teams in the UK covering their multi-license business.
• Has an in-house FinTech software company delivering a state-of-the-art platform to advisers and their clients.
• Offers their advisers a complete and centralised proposition from licensing, compliance, products, processes, and lead generation.
• Has a centralised investment process with a managed portfolio range to suit all investment profiles and wealth segments.
• Is developing a tax advisory practice.

Candidate Profile

Candidates will:

• Be based in Dubai, UK Level 4 qualified and willing to become FCA registered (if not already).
• Have at least 3 years' financial services experience.
• Be self-employed or employed. In the UAE, roles are employed for visa purposes.
• Have a minimum USD 10M AUM that can be transferred.
• Be experienced in dealing with HNW clients and able to build clients through referrals.
• Be client focused, ethical, and accountable.

Candidate Package includes:

• Salary commensurate with AUM being transferred plus share of new business fees and ongoing management fees.
• Regular monthly calls and sales meetings.
• Full training on the company's systems and processes, with specialist product and investment support.
• Full support with transferring clients to ensure minimum disruption.
