- Verify expenditure documents to ensure compliance with contracts and agreements.
- Maintain receivables, accounts payable, and the general ledger in accordance with UAE & international accounting standards.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reconciliations.
- Process invoice payments, expenses, and staff advances while maintaining financial accuracy.
- Conduct account reconciliations and support audit proceedings.
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation calculations, and capital expenditure monitoring.
The Successful Applicant
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting.
- Certifications (Preferred): CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE accounting regulations, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
