Job summary

Velora Aviation seeks a senior finance professional to lead management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. You will develop forecasts, analyze variances, and support the budgeting cycle to drive strategic decisions across the company.

The role requires a Master’s in Finance/Business and professional qualifications (CA/CIMA/MBA/ACCA), with at least 6 years in accounting/finance and strong Excel modeling. Airline experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business/Finance is required.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CIMA, MBA or ACCA.
• Minimum 6 years in finance/forecasting; airline experience preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in large Excel models.
• Advanced English communication (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting of company performance and track results vs targets.
• Provide analysis of actual vs budget and forecast; explain variances.
• Support budget cycle, prepare estimates, and long-term forecasts and business plans.
• Model financial scenarios and assess cashflow impact for decisions.
• Coordinate monthly consolidation and distribute reports to stakeholders.
• Track historical trends and KPIs; benchmark financial and operating performance.
• Collaborate with finance teams to optimize balance sheet and reporting processes.
• Automation of reports to reduce manual tasks and speed up outputs.
