Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager in Dubai to lead finance operations, ensure adherence to international standards, and support strategic decisions. The role manages reporting, controls, and a finance team while partnering with senior leadership to drive performance.

Responsibilities include treasury management, budgeting, audits, and tax compliance (VAT/corporate). The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance with CPA/CA credentials and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

10+ years in finance with managerial responsibility.
CPA (USA) or CA (India) qualification.
Strong knowledge of international financial standards.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation.
Exposure to treasury operations and financial modelling.
Proficient in MS Office and finance systems (Hyperion, Oracle).
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and manage finance operations including treasury and risk management.
Develop financial plans, strategies, and policies.
Maintain accounting, reporting policies and internal controls.
Analyse and present financial results to support decision-making.
Lead audits (internal and external), budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing.
Manage a team of finance professionals.
Oversee VAT, corporate tax, and accounts payable/receivable.
Manage treasury activities and cash flow.
