Job summary

CAE, a global leader in simulation, training, and mission readiness, is seeking a Finance Manager in Dubai. You will lead core finance functions, drive compliance with international standards, and partner with senior leadership to enhance performance.

You will manage a finance team, oversee treasury, reporting, controls, audits, budgeting and forecasting, and ensure timely monthly closes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with management responsibility.
• CPA (USA) or Chartered Accountant (India) qualification.
• Strong knowledge of international financial standards and regulations.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Exposure to treasury operations and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in MS Office and finance systems (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

About The Role

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing core finance functions, ensuring compliance with international financial standards, and supporting strategic decision‑making. This role manages financial operations, reporting, controls, and a team of finance professionals while partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and manage finance operations including treasury, corporate finance, M&A, and risk management.
• Develop financial plans, strategies, and policies.
• Maintain accounting, reporting policies, and internal controls.
• Analyse and present financial results to support decision-making.
• Lead audits (internal and external), budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing.
• Manage a team of finance professionals.
